QA/QC Introduction
Our QC team consists of about 30 people. We are an ISO9001 certified company.Our quality control staff are responsible for checking all materials, components, production procedures, semi-finished products, finished products (pre-packaging and after-packaging) and checking before delivery.
Our QA engineers monitor the quality status from the first production procedure to the last step, and there is a professional testing project for each step to ensure good quality and prevent shipping of defective products to our clients.
In order to ensure top quality, we also utilize advanced equipment for quality control.
Test Equipment and Facilities
Name:Temperature (Humidity) Chamber
Description:To ensure high quality and reliability, every product must be tested in the temperature (humidity) chamber. First, all the products must be given a high temperature of 100 degree for 2 hours and a low temperature for 1.5 hours in the chamber. If they are still good, they go to another turn of checking, if not, they go back to the production line.
